The SIUE Mobile App has a partial outage due to a wide-spread outage by AWS (Amazon Web Services). You may notice intermittent issues or slow performance. Our team is actively monitoring the situation.

[Resolved] Adobe Spark e-mail - Temporary Loss of Adobe Creative Cloud Access in Labs

The Adobe licensing membership list has been restored. If you experience any problems, please contact the ITS  Help Desk (618-650-5500 or via email at help@siue.edu).

Earlier today, students likely received an e-mail from Adobe with the subject “You no longer have access to Adobe Spark for Higher-Ed.” This was automatically generated as a result of a problem with an Adobe licensing membership list. ITS is currently working to resolve the issue and expects to restore computer lab, classroom, and personal computer access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications in the next 4-5 hours.

The V-Lab issues have been resolved. Please contact ITS if you notice any outstanding issues.

V-Lab is currently unavailable. ITS staff are bringing the system back up now and are monitoring the system for an ETA.
