SIUE mailing lists are operational again.

The e-id maintenance page is operational again. ITS is continuing work on SIUE mailing lists.

SIUE mailing lists and the e-id maintenance page are currently unavailable. ITS is investigating the issue.

ITS is aware of the ongoing authentication issues with the SIUE app. While our vendor is actively resolving the problem, you can access your Cougarnet account and email directly to continue your activities. We expect the vendor’s servers to catch up shortly.

Windows computers on campus may experience slow boot up and login times, as well as performance issues once logged in. We are currently working to resolve the issue.

9:00am - The issue has been resolved and the server is up and running again.

The server for SIUE Imaging and the Bitlocker codes is currently down. It is being worked on and there is not currently an ETA on resolution.

Network issues are currently impacting access to some administrative applications, such as CougarNet and Banner. Refreshing the login screen may allow access in some cases. ITS is currently investigating the issue.

[Resolved] SCCM Server Will Be Swapped Out (affects ESL campus only)

The SCCM server is being swapped out and replaced. This will only affect the ESL campus. The swap out is scheduled for Tuesday, December 5th and may take all day to get the server swapped and files transferred.
