Students may be unable to see courses in the SIUE app. While this issue is being investigated, please utilize Cougarnet to view courses.

This has now been fixed on the main website.

The Cougarnet service is currently functional; however, the link to Cougarnet from the siue.edu website is not. We’re currently working on fixing this link across the website. If you need access to Cougarnet, please visit the following link instead:

The issue has been resolved

The central authentication service is currently experiencing issues. This could result in the inability to log in to any system that uses CAS (including Blackboard and Cougarnet) ITS is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

[Resolved] Issue with Cougarnet and the view catalog entry not displaying

Registration date is not until March 25th. The Fall 2019 catalog is not viewable until March 25th.

In Cougarnet, you go to Student, when looking up classes, then to view catalog entry getting an error message “!not a valid term.

[Resolved] Unable to log into CougarNet using 800# (University ID) and PIN

The only method currently available to sign into CougarNet is with your e-ID and password. ITS is currently working to resolve access issues using 800# (University ID) and PIN.

Cougarnet is back online and working as of 6:00PM.

The issues currently impacting Banner are also making Cougarnet unavailable. Updates will be posted in this space as soon as they become available.
