[Resolved] Partial Outage - Science East Network

ITS is aware of some network issues in Science East. This is affecting some wireless and wired connections. We are currently working to fix the issue.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the Partner Access VPN on Tuesday 8th January 2019 at 9:00am. At this time there will be a brief network and VPN outage for the Partner Access VPN (https://partner-access.siue.edu). All maintenance will be completed by 10:00 am.

Update: Service has been restored in Alton.

On the Alton Dental School campus ITS Networking is experiencing a Network Outage due to a power shutdown in Buildings 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 288 and 289. ITS Networking is investigating the outage and will restore service as soon as possible.

[Resolved] Alton Campus Network and Phone Outage

Power was restored about 11:00 am today 17 July 2017. All services have been restored.

SIUE is experiencing an unknown power outage at the Alton School of Dental Medicine campus. This has caused the Network and Phone system to go out of service. As soon as the power is restored SIUE ITS will work on restoring the Network and Phone system.
