Microsoft has reported a significant increase in reported outages for the browser-based apps in Office 365. The issue is currently under investigation and the root cause is not yet known.

This issue has been resolved by Microsoft.

Microsoft has reported a possible issue with some users viewing chat messages in the Teams desktop client. We have not seen any instances of this with our users but are watching the situation. Microsoft has recently discovered a service issue affecting Microsoft Teams on some devices. Microsoft is currently working to fully restore service.

RESOLVED. Per Microsoft:

We’ve determined that an authentication certificate has expired causing users who have logged out and those that are still logged in to have issue using the service. We’re developing a fix to apply a new authentication certificate to the service which will remediate impact. Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any of your users attempting to access Microsoft Teams. Start time: Monday, February 3, 2020, 7:15 AM.

[Resolved] Issues with logging into Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is now operational. The issues has been resolved.

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with Teams. Users who are already logged-in are functioning, but no new sessions can start. A ticket has been opened with Microsoft and we will update when information becomes available.

[Resolved] Microsoft Office Activation Error

Some users have been receiving a Microsoft Office activation error on their office computers. The administrators have identified the issue and are currently taking steps to rectify it.

[Resolved] Office 365 Portal Down

The Office 365 portal is down and will not let people log in. The email works on mobile devices and through Outlook. The outage is the Office 365 portal itself.
