ITS has been informed by Blackboard that, in order to fully correct the root issue that caused today’s unplanned outage of the vendor-hosted system, the company’s technicians need to take the Blackboard system offline. As a result, Blackboard will be unavailable beginning at 4:00 a.m. CST. The vendor has stated that the outage should last no more than 30 minutes and that full access will be restored by 4:30 a.m. CST. ITS apologizes for this inconvenience.
