Issue with Cougarnet and the view catalog entry not displaying

Registration date is not until March 25th. The Fall 2019 catalog is not viewable until March 25th.

In Cougarnet, you go to Student, when looking up classes, then to view catalog entry getting an error message “!not a valid term.
