Banner Upgrades/Patches will be applied to BANPROD beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2018. We anticipate the completion of the BANPROD portion of the Upgrades/Patches by 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2018.

Pearson’s MyLab & Mastering is now fully functional. The only Pearson component that is still experiencing issues is Pearson REVEL.

Pearson is currently experiencing an issue affecting some users. Some customers may experience slowness when submitting assignments for grading. For up-to-date status information, visit the Pearson status page at https://status.pearson.com/#/home Thank you for your patience.

The BDB3 server for Banner will be unavailable beginning Saturday, July 14th at 8:00AM in order to perform maintenance. We anticipate the server to be available by Saturday July 14th at 11:00AM.

Turnitin services will be unavailable during a scheduled maintenance period on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 10 AM to 6 PM U.S. Central (Daylight) Time.

An announcement should appear for users within Turnitin in advance of when the system will be unavailable for this scheduled maintenance. This maintenance will affect Turnitin and TurnitinUK (including all integrations), Feedback Studio for iOS, iThenticate, and WriteCheck.

Instructors are encouraged to modify assignment due dates either before or at least several hours after the scheduled maintenance window. Please be aware no submissions or grading will be possible through any of the services listed during this time.

We need to take the production Banner database server BDB2 down for emergency maintenance this coming Sunday, July 8th, 2018 at 8:30am. We anticipate the server to be available later that same day, Sunday, July 8th, 2018 at 10:00am.
