Some users may see an “invalid credentials” message when signing into Windows after being powered off over the weekend.

Workaround: Restart the computer (not Shut Down). This resolves the issue in most cases.

If restarting does not resolve the issue, contact the Service Desk.

Microsoft has identified some service outages. The impact can very but does affect email. ITS Is watching for updates.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the Lovejoy Library network beginning at 7:00AM on 1-7-2026. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00AM on 1-7-2026.
