Turnitin is currently working on this issue as their top priority and are performing emergency maintenance.

RESOLVED - The network is currently experiencing intermittent issues. ITS is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
(Eduroam seems to work for those connected prior to incident. Those unable to currently connect can use the Welcome network until the issue is resolved.)
