Login System Intermittent Windows Login Issues – Workaround Available

Some users may see an “invalid credentials” message when signing into Windows after being powered off over the weekend.

Workaround: Restart the computer (not Shut Down). This resolves the issue in most cases.

If restarting does not resolve the issue, contact the Service Desk.
