ITS Networking will be performing maintenance on the routers for all SIUE Edwardsville Campus networks on Wednesday 25 Oct 2017 between 4:00am and 7:00am. During this time there may be brief network and internet outages to all SIUE Edwardsville Campus Networks. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am.

Telephones Network Issues

IP phones are now operational.


IP phones on campus are currently experiencing issues. We are currently working to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cougarnet Unable to log into CougarNet using 800# (University ID) and PIN

The only method currently available to sign into CougarNet is with your e-ID and password. ITS is currently working to resolve access issues using 800# (University ID) and PIN.

Wifi Network Issues

Eduroam is currently having an issue enrolling new users. If you already have Eduroam set up on a device you should be able to connect, however, new devices may be unable to connect until this is resolved. We appreciate your patience while we fix this issue.
