Past Incidents

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to MUC switching equipment on 5/12/18 8:00am-4:00pm. During this time there will be network and internet outages. All maintenance will be completed by 4:00 pm.

System and MDT will be unavailable tomorrow morning from 5AM until 7AM.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance on the Telephone Switch in Edwardsville on Wednesday 9 May 2018 from 6:00am to 7:00am. During this time there may be brief outages of phone calls and phone instruments. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am.

Cascade will be briefly unavailable on Thursday, May 3rd starting at 7:30am for maintenance. Expected down time is 15-30 minutes.

Please log out of Cascade prior to 7:30am to avoid losing any work.

As of 8:45am this issue has been resolved and this component is fully operational.

The Pearson suite of "Mastering" products (MyMathLab, MyNursingLab, Mastering Chemistry, etc.) is currently experiencing full to complete outages. The vendor is currently working on the issue and will notify ITS as soon as they have it rectified.

The MATLAB licensing service has been restarted and is now operational. Please contact ITS if you continue to experience any problems with MATLAB.

ITS has identified an issue with the MATLAB licensing server that is preventing the application from being used. We are working to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
