Network Service Upgrade in Alumni Hall, scheduled 5 years ago

ITS will be upgrading network services in Alumni Hall Thursday, December 27 starting at 7am. During the maintenance period, network service will be unavailable in the entire building. Work should be complete by 7pm that day.

Perceptive Content Imaging System Upgrade, scheduled 5 years ago

In preparation for Banner 9, the Perceptive Content imaging system will be upgraded over the weekend ( 12/15 and 12/16). Once the update is completed, individual client update instructions will be pushed out to users. The old Banner 8 Application Plans will still be there and will still work. New Banner 9 Application Plans will also be in place.

Banner Banner and Cougarnet are down.

3:30 pm: Techs reported that Banner issues should be resolved.

The Banner and Cougarnet systems are currently down and not functioning. When users try to log in it comes up to a page that says the connection to the page failed. The issue is currently being investigated and no ETA for resolution has been given yet.

Network Maintenance - East St. Louis Campus, scheduled 5 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to network routing at the East St. Louis Campus on Thursday 6 December 2018 from 5:00 am to 7:00 am. During this time there might be brief network and internet outages on the East St. Louis Campus. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am.

Cascade Cascade emergency maintenance

The maintenance has been completed. Cascade is now available to use.

Administrative Application (other) TMA (used by Facilities Management) Outage

The issue with TMA has been resolved. Please contact ITS at x5500 with any questions or concerns.


We are currently experiencing issues with the TMA application used by Facilities Management. ITS is working to resolve the problem.

ID Card System Maintenance, scheduled 5 years ago

Due to lingering issues, the CS Gold ID Card system will be down for maintenance from 6:30am to 7am Friday 11/30/2018.

During this outage, there will be no connections to UGRYD, Get, Micros (Dining Services), or Ratex (Textbook Services and Bookstore). Vending, Laundry, and Printing readers will function with coin/cash only (or credit card where applicable). Aeros and Turbos will be non- functional. Some Aeros and Turbos may collect data from swipes, but this is dependent on configuration of the individual reader. Door access should continue as scheduled and expected, but Access Monitor will be unavailable. No door access changes can be made during the outage as the GUI will be down as well. Mobile ID will not function during the outage either.
