Network Service Upgrade in Alumni Hall, scheduled 6 years ago
ITS will be upgrading network services in Alumni Hall Thursday, December 27 starting at 7am. During the maintenance period, network service will be unavailable in the entire building. Work should be complete by 7pm that day.

Perceptive Content Imaging System Upgrade, scheduled 6 years ago
In preparation for Banner 9, the Perceptive Content imaging system will be upgraded over the weekend ( 12/15 and 12/16). Once the update is completed, individual client update instructions will be pushed out to users. The old Banner 8 Application Plans will still be there and will still work. New Banner 9 Application Plans will also be in place.

3:30 pm: Techs reported that Banner issues should be resolved.
The Banner and Cougarnet systems are currently down and not functioning. When users try to log in it comes up to a page that says the connection to the page failed. The issue is currently being investigated and no ETA for resolution has been given yet.

Network Maintenance - East St. Louis Campus, scheduled 6 years ago
ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to network routing at the East St. Louis Campus on Thursday 6 December 2018 from 5:00 am to 7:00 am. During this time there might be brief network and internet outages on the East St. Louis Campus. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am.
