SNAPs is operational.

SNAPs is currently down, we're working to get it back online. Account password management is unavailable at the moment.

Microsoft Teams is now operational. The issues has been resolved.

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with Teams. Users who are already logged-in are functioning, but no new sessions can start. A ticket has been opened with Microsoft and we will update when information becomes available.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the Wireless Infrastructure on Sunday February 17th starting at 10:00PM. During this time there will be brief Wireless outages for the full Edwardsville Campus. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am Monday February 18th.

Cascade is now operational.

Cascade is currently experiencing an issue with user permissions. The issue has been identified and the system is being restored to a backup from 8:00 A.M on 2/15/2019, this should be completed by 1:30 P.M. Any changes made between the backup and restore times will need to be redone.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Alumni Hall on 2/14/19 7:30am to 8:00am. During this time there will be brief network and internet outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 am.
