EMS System Upgrade

Scheduled EMS System Upgrade – September 16

The EMS system will undergo a scheduled upgrade on Tuesday, September 16, and will be unavailable from 6:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM. During this time, users will not be able to access EMS services.

Following the upgrade, a new web client will be required for continued access. Users will need to install this client manually. Additional instructions and installation files will be made available to relevant user groups.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve system performance and reliability.

Learning Spaces (other) Web Print - Job Submission is Unavailable

Web Print is now operational again. Please call 618-650-5500 if you continue to experience any problems.

Web Print is currently experiencing issues processing submitted print jobs. The vendor is investigating and hopes to resolve the issue soon.

Cougarnet Issue with Cougarnet and the view catalog entry not displaying

Registration date is not until March 25th. The Fall 2019 catalog is not viewable until March 25th.

In Cougarnet, you go to Student, when looking up classes, then to view catalog entry getting an error message "!not a valid term.
