Academic Applications (other) Adobe Spark e-mail - Temporary Loss of Adobe Creative Cloud Access in Labs

The Adobe licensing membership list has been restored. If you experience any problems, please contact the ITS  Help Desk (618-650-5500 or via email at help@siue.edu).


Earlier today, students likely received an e-mail from Adobe with the subject "You no longer have access to Adobe Spark for Higher-Ed.” This was automatically generated as a result of a problem with an Adobe licensing membership list. ITS is currently working to resolve the issue and expects to restore computer lab, classroom, and personal computer access to Adobe Creative Cloud applications in the next 4-5 hours.

Blackboard (other) LockDown Browser Issues

There is an issue with LockDown Browser in Blackboard asking students for credentials/password. ITS is currently working with Respondus (LockDown Browser) to determine the cause of the issue.
