ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Websafe beginning at 6:00 AM on 7/6/21. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00am.

ITS has identified and resolved the issue. Please contact us if you continue to receive the WebSafe error below.

ITS Networking is currently experiencing issues with licensing on Websafe VPN. Users of the VPN may receive an error message similar to the following:

Alert: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You can try again in a few minutes.

ITS is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the network throughout University Park 200 beginning at 7:00 AM on 6/18/2021. During this time there will be brief network and phone outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 AM on 6/18/2021.

In order to address a critical performance issue with Banner, we will be performing maintenance on the bannerdb-banprod server Tuesday, June 15th 2021 beginning at 5:00pm with anticipated completion by 6:00pm.

During this time, the following production databases will be unavailable:
BANPROD (Cougarnet, Banner Admin Pages)
