EMS System Upgrade

Scheduled EMS System Upgrade – September 16

The EMS system will undergo a scheduled upgrade on Tuesday, September 16, and will be unavailable from 6:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM. During this time, users will not be able to access EMS services.

Following the upgrade, a new web client will be required for continued access. Users will need to install this client manually. Additional instructions and installation files will be made available to relevant user groups.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve system performance and reliability.

Science West Network Maintenance, scheduled 4 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the network throughout Science Building West beginning at 7:00 AM on 7/15/2021. During this time there will be brief Network and Phone outages through out the building. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 AM on 7/15/2021.

Cougar Village and Vadalabene Center Network Maintenance, scheduled 4 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Cougar Village and Vadalabene Center network switches beginning at 7/15/21 5:30am. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 6:30am.

FortiClinet (VPN) Websafe and ITSVPN issues

ITS has identified and resolved the issue. Please contact us if you continue to receive the WebSafe error below.

ITS Networking is currently experiencing issues with licensing on Websafe VPN. Users of the VPN may receive an error message similar to the following:

Alert: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You can try again in a few minutes.

ITS is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
