Past Incidents

The Spring 2021 released Banner Upgrades/Patches have been rescheduled to be applied to BANPROD and PODS on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 beginning at 8:00am with anticipated completion by 6:00pm.

The software supporting the student printing system will be intermittently unavailable from 8:00 - 8:30AM on Wednesday, August 11th.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to East St. Louis Networking switches beginning at 8/5/21 6:30am. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00am.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the network throughout Science Building West beginning at 7:00 AM on 8/4/2021. During this time there will be brief network and phone outages throughout the building. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 AM on 8/4/2021.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the wireless infrastructure beginning at 5:00PM on August 3rd. During this time there will be brief wireless outages. All maintenance will be completed by 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 3rd.

The issue has been resolved and Blackboard is available.

Blackboard is currently inaccessible. ITS is investigating the issue.

Turnitin is currently experiencing an issue affecting some or all users. ITS is currently working with the vendor to correct this matter. Thank you for your patience.

7/21/2021: The issue with Turnitin has been resolved. The system should be working correctly now.
