Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is experiencing issues with calls. This will effect calls to and from campus and off-campus phone numbers. Microsoft is investigating and will provide updates as available.

TechSmith Knowmia is having a system wide error going on right now - all sites are effected. We have teams investigating right now and hopefully this outage won’t last too long.
