Past Incidents

All work is complete in East St. Louis and all networking should be fully operational again.

The East St. Louis network (wired and wireless) is currently down. ITS is working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

ITS will be enabling Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for WebSafe VPN access on Tuesday, March 8th at 7:00AM. After a brief outage that morning, this will change the login method to be the same that is used for Office 365, Blackboard, and other SIUE campus services. If you have trouble accessing WebSafe VPN, please contact the Help Desk at 618-650-5500 or help@siue.edu.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Building D on the East St Louis campus beginning at 10:00am on 3/7/22. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 12:00PM on 3/7/22.

Maintenance Upgrade for Cougarbucks GET.CBORD is complete.

GET.CBORD Performing maintenance upgrade this week. Will be down through Thursday morning.
