WebSafe Multi-factor Authentication, scheduled 2 years ago

ITS will be enabling Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for WebSafe VPN access on Tuesday, March 8th at 7:00AM. After a brief outage that morning, this will change the login method to be the same that is used for Office 365, Blackboard, and other SIUE campus services. If you have trouble accessing WebSafe VPN, please contact the Help Desk at 618-650-5500 or help@siue.edu.

Qualtrics Qualtrics email system

Issues with the Qualtrics email system have been resolved.

Qualtrics email system has been having issues since Thursday, February 28th and has not been sending out emails consistently. This is a system wide issue. Qualtrics support will let us know when the issue is resolved but we can also check the status page https://www.qualtrics.com/status/
