Past Incidents

ITS will be performing maintenance to the banner and authentication servers on Saturday, November 19th from 8AM-12PM. During this time, Banner will be unavailable and authentication services will be intermittently unavailable. This will not impact Blackboard or Office365.

The CS Gold ID Card system will be down for about 45 minutes beginning Sunday, November 6th at 8AM for system maintenance.

ITS will be performing maintenance to the UP220 Pharmacy network switches beginning at 5:00PM on 11/3. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00PM.

The Founder's Hall network is fully operational again. Please contact ITS at x5500 if you experience any connectivity issues.

A network switch in Founder's Hall failed this morning. ITS is currently working to repair/replace the switch. During this time some areas of Founder's Hall may not have network access.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the Science East network switches beginning at 6:00am on 10/20. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00am.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Teams Calling between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on Tuesday October 18, 2022. No interruption of service is anticipated, but during this time there may be brief outages of calls to/from Teams calling users. All maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 6:00pm on Tuesday October 18, 2022.
