ITS will be upgrading the CS Gold ID Card system beginning at 6AM Tuesday, 5/13/2025. During this time, there will be service outages with student printing and Cougar Card payments at registers. All work will be completed by 8AM.

8:12 am: The Helpdesk phone lines were fixed and calls are being received.
The Helpdesk line x5500 is not receiving calls. When users try to call they are getting a message that the call cannot be completed.

The issue with Websafe has been resolved.
User's have called with error message "Alert: The number of concurrent users signed in to the system has exceeded the system limit. Please inform your system administrator. You can try again in a few minutes." Our Networking admins are aware of the issue and are investigating. We currently do not have an eta.
