Banner Admin and Cougarnet will be unavailable on Saturday, September 16th from 6AM to 6PM for maintenance.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to MUC network switches beginning at 5:00AM on 9/13. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00AM.

ITS Networking will be changing the MFA settings to be required for all accounts on Websafe VPN at 11:00AM on Wednesday 8/30. After this time any authorized account must enable MFA for continued use of Websafe VPN. ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to a network switch in the Edwardsville Data center beginning at 6:00AM on Tuesday 8-29. During this time there will be brief outages for a limited number of servers. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00AM.

ITS is aware of the ongoing authentication issues with the SIUE app. While our vendor is actively resolving the problem, you can access your Cougarnet account and email directly to continue your activities. We expect the vendor's servers to catch up shortly.

The vendor verified at 3:50 PM that the issue has been resolved
