Phone systems were restored and are working again.

We are actively investigating an issue with the SIUE telephone system that is affecting users' ability to make or receive calls. As of now, the precise cause of the problem remains unidentified, and we are working to pinpoint the underlying issue.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Art & Design West network switches beginning at 6:00AM on 10/18. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00AM.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to the Wireless Network beginning at October 17th at 5:00PM. During this time there will be brief Wireless outages. All maintenance will be completed by 11:00PM.

Network Outage on 10-13-2023 effecting Science West.
