ITS will be upgrading the CS Gold ID Card system beginning at 6AM Tuesday, 5/13/2025. During this time, there will be service outages with student printing and Cougar Card payments at registers. All work will be completed by 8AM.

Phone systems were restored and are working again.
We are actively investigating an issue with the SIUE telephone system that is affecting users' ability to make or receive calls. As of now, the precise cause of the problem remains unidentified, and we are working to pinpoint the underlying issue.
