Telephones Teams Phone call issue

Final status: Our fix was successfully deployed. After an extended period of monitoring, we’ve confirmed through telemetry that service is restored and impact has been fully remediated. Scope of impact: Users who expected to make or receive calls routed through Microsoft Teams provisioned auto attendants and call queues may have been affected. Wifi Network Issues

Network Status Update: Issues authenticating to Eduroam have now been resolved on all operating systems. Users may need to visit https://wifisetup.siue.edu/ in order to re-configure and connect.

Any users still experiencing issues connecting can contact the Help Desk at 618-650-5500 or visit us in-person at Lovejoy Library 0005 (basement).

Wifi Eduroam Connectivity

Network Status Update: We're currently addressing intermittent authentication issues affecting campus services. Windows, MacOS, and iOS users should be able to connect to Eduroam successfully, while Android users are still experiencing problems.

If you need assistance, visit our Help Desk in Lovejoy Library Room 0005 (basement) or call 618-650-5500. Our team is working to resolve all issues as quickly as possible, and we'll provide updates when Android connectivity is restored. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently experiencing issues with eduroam not connecting. Users have been disconnected and then are unable to reconnect, even after re-running configuration tool.
