Scheduled EMS System Upgrade – September 16

The EMS system will undergo a scheduled upgrade on Tuesday, September 16, and will be unavailable from 6:00 AM to approximately 12:00 PM. During this time, users will not be able to access EMS services.

Following the upgrade, a new web client will be required for continued access. Users will need to install this client manually. Additional instructions and installation files will be made available to relevant user groups.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve system performance and reliability.

We believe all systems should be back up and running. If you do encounter any other issues please contact the ITS Help Desk and let us know.

We are still experiencing some service disruptions following the earlier power outage on campus. Systems that may be impacted include VPN connectivity and building swipe access. We are actively working to restore all services and will provide an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Starfish is currently experiencing an issue affecting all users. ITS is currently investigating and will update this incident as soon as more information is available. Thank you for your patience.

ITS has identified, and recently resolved, a WiFi controller issue. The outage was brief and should now be resolved.
