ITS is planning on performing maintenance on AM-Prod this Sunday morning, 06/18/17 from 8:30am – 11:30am. BANPROD as well as the normal Banner Production Schedule will be unaffected by this outage.

Facilities Management has made us aware of power maintenance that may impact network service in East St. Louis buildings D and E, Saturday, June 14

A cable that provides telephone service to the ERTC building was cut during a construction project. Technicians are working to restore service as soon as possible.

UPDATE 2017-06-16: Service has been restored

The cable providing telephone service to Alton building 277, 279, and 281 was cut during construction work. Technicians are working to restore service as soon as possible.

ITSVPN two-factor authentication change on Tuesday 23 May 2017

SIUE ITS will be migrating the main login page https://itsvpn.siue.edu/ from Duo to Microsoft two-factor authentication on Tuesday 23 May 2017 at 9:00am. You will need to enroll your smartphone by visiting https://mfa.siue.edu/ from a Desktop computer web browser. Enter your eID and password, then follow the steps as prompted to complete enrollment in the Microsoft two-factor authentication application.

Network Outage on 5/18/17 effecting Founders Hall.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to Founders Hall switches on 5/18/17 7:00-7:30-am. During this time there will be brief network and internet outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:30 am.
