Update: The network issues in the Engineering and Art and Design buildings have been resolved. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 650-5500.

We are experiencing a network outage in the Engineering and Art and Design buildings due to a possible power issue. We are working to resolve the issue and hope to restore service as soon as possible.

UPDATE: A new chiller has been installed and everything is "cool." All services have been restored.

ITS experienced a cooling issue in our secondary server building overnight, requiring us to shut down several services. We are working with Facilities Management to correct the issue and will restart the services as soon as possible. Email, Blackboard, and CougarNet are not a part of this outage.
