Software Licensing Maintenance, scheduled 7 years ago

In order to move some of our software licensing services to a new server, the applications listed below will be unavailable all day on Tuesday, March 6th.

Matlab, Abacus - Teaching, Autocad, Cavelib, Partek, Rational Rose, Ansoft, Ansys, Catia, Polyworks, Trimble, CSI Bridge, Sap2000, ICE 2000, Unigraphics, Arena, Factory Talk, Abacus – Research, PTC, SYchro, On Screen Take off, Temcon, Proplanner, Probalance, Palisade, Bluebeam Revu, Tilos, Minitab, Scientific Work Place, and GroStudio.

V-Lab outage, scheduled 7 years ago

V-Lab - the remote software access system, will be down for maintenance from 7AM - 10PM on Monday, March 5th.

Pinnacle (phone billing system) Maintenance Outage, scheduled 7 years ago

ITS will be performing hardware maintenance on the telecom Pinnacle server (phone billing system) Wed, 14 Feb. The scheduled downtime will be between 9am and 11am. Pinnacle will not be accessible during the maintenance.

Telephones Network Issues

This issue has been fixed and is resolved.

The telephone system is currently having a known issue where phones are not getting a dial tone and not making or receiving calls. The issue is currently being investigated and this page will be updated when more information becomes available.

ITS Network Maintenance, scheduled 7 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to core network switches in the SIUE Data centers on Friday 2 Feb 2018 from 5:00am to 7:00am. During this time the network switches will be rebooted to perform software upgrades. No downtime is anticipated but this maintenance may cause brief outages of servers or internet. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 am.

Blackboard System Blackboard Outage

Blackboard is currently experiencing an issue affecting some or all users. ITS is currently working with the vendor to correct this matter. Thank you for your patience.

Turnitin Blackboard or Blackboard component

As of 2:00p on 2-5-18 the issue was reported as resolved by Turnitin.

Some Turnitin users may be experiencing an error when attempting to leave comments through Feedback Studio. This matter is being addressed as a top priority by Turnitin's engineering team but unfortunately, due to the complexity and cross dependencies with external service providers, a resolution time is not available at the moment.
