Turnitin Turnitin

The vendor has informed us that Turnitin is now fully functional. If you have any issues please contact the ITS Help Desk at (618) 650-5500 or help@siue.edu. Thank you.


ITS has been informed by the vendor that Turnitin is currently experiencing issues preventing files from being submitted or viewed in the Feedback Studio inside of Blackboard. The vendor is currently working on a solution to the problem but there is no estimated time for full service to be restored. Additional information is available from the page at:

ITS is monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate with the vendor to get updates.

Administrative Application (other) Administrative Application Network Issues

Network issues are currently impacting access to some administrative applications, such as CougarNet and Banner. Refreshing the login screen may allow access in some cases. ITS is currently investigating the issue.

ITS Network Maintenance in the Vadalabene Center, scheduled 7 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance in the Vadalabene Center (Intercollegiate Athletics) on Friday March 9th 2018 from 11:00am to 2:00pm. During this tine there will be brief outages for Network and Internet access. All Maintenance will be completed by 2pm.

The TimePro system will be down for maintenance Thursday, March 8, 2018 beginning at 9:15 AM. The system should be down for 20 minutes or less.
