Past Incidents

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance in the Vadalabene Center (Intercollegiate Athletics) on Friday March 9th 2018 from 11:00am to 2:00pm. During this tine there will be brief outages for Network and Internet access. All Maintenance will be completed by 2pm.

The TimePro system will be down for maintenance Thursday, March 8, 2018 beginning at 9:15 AM. The system should be down for 20 minutes or less.

The student printing server will undergo maintenance from 7:30AM to 9:00AM on Wednesday, March 7th. During this time student printing will be unavailable. Copying and scanning functions will still be available.

The Simulation IQ services will be down Tuesday, March 6th between 9AM and 11AM for hardware upgrades.

V-Lab - the remote software access system, will be down for maintenance from 7AM - 10PM on Monday, March 5th.

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to ITS, Partner-Access, and Websafe VPN services on Friday 2 March 2018 from 7:00am to 8:00am. During this time there will be brief outages of ITS, Partner-Access, and Websafe VPN services. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 am.

V-Lab is back up and available for use. Please remember to save your work locally to your computer.

Due to an application issue, V-Lab is currently unavailable. We anticipate that it will be available again by 11:15AM.

ITS will be performing hardware maintenance on the telecom Pinnacle server (phone billing system) Wed, 14 Feb. The scheduled downtime will be between 9am and 11am. Pinnacle will not be accessible during the maintenance.

This issue has been fixed and is resolved.

The telephone system is currently having a known issue where phones are not getting a dial tone and not making or receiving calls. The issue is currently being investigated and this page will be updated when more information becomes available.
