TechSmith Knowmia is having a system wide error going on right now - all sites are effected. We have teams investigating right now and hopefully this outage won’t last too long.

No outage is anticipated, but during this time there may be brief wired and wireless network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 7:00 PM on Wednesday 2021-09-22.

This issue has been resolved by Microsoft.
Microsoft has reported a possible issue with some users viewing chat messages in the Teams desktop client. We have not seen any instances of this with our users but are watching the situation.
