At 8:00 AM on December 29th ITS will be updating a server supporting the student printing system in the labs and classrooms on campus. During this time print jobs sent through the student printing system will not be processed. Updates will be completed by 9:00 AM.

VC Network Maintenance, scheduled 2 years ago

ITS Networking will be performing maintenance to The Vadalabene Center network switches beginning at 7:00 am on 12/8/21. During this time there will be brief network outages. All maintenance will be completed by 8:00 am on 12/8/21.

Blackboard (other) Resolved - An issue has been identified that is impacting functionality related to Ally. Ally/Blackboard are working with AWS to resolve.

Resolved AWS has confirmed the issue is resolved. Stability has been restored to affected clients.

Blackboard (other) Resolved - Respondus Monitor - There is a widespread AWS outage that is currently affecting Respondus Monitor.

Resolved The AWS issues have been resolved and all Respondus services working normally again. December 7th, 5:00pm PT

Update AWS is reporting some signs of recovery and are actively working towards recovery. However, no ETA as to the restoration of our own services. December 7th, 12:30pm PT

Update AWS is reporting they have identified the root cause of the outage and are actively working towards recovery. December 7th, 9:40am PT

Update The AWS outage is affecting Respondus Monitor and the LockDown Browser Dashboard. Exams that only use LockDown Browser are working fine. December 7th, 8:20am PT
